The recent appointment of Mace to help us deliver the first phase of our long awaited town centre regeneration programme will bring £350m of private investment to accelerate the town centre regeneration plans.
This will enable Stevenage to become open to even further investment opportunities, to support its existing businesses and the wider economy. Stevenage Borough Council are keen to support Stevenage’s business community and we are eager to develop relationships and work with our business community, to support its current and future needs, to ensure we future proof our economy beyond Brexit.
As part of this commitment to engage with our business community, we would like to invite you to the Stevenage Borough Council Annual Business Event on Tuesday May 15th between 12pm and 2.30pm at the Novotel Hotel, Stevenage.
The Annual Business Event will provide a platform for you as a local business to hear these forthcoming plans for Stevenage and how you as a business will benefit from this, as well as the future direction of the council.
There will also be an opportunity to hear an update on the Local Plan and an update on how the skills agenda is being supported, to ensure Stevenage businesses have a highly skilled workforce.
The event will also provide you with an opportunity to network with peers and meet senior members of the team. It will also provide you with an ideal opportunity for you as a local business to ask questions from our senior team in an open forum.
We look forward to you joining us at our Annual Business Event on 15th May at the Novotel, Stevenage. All RSVPS to Mena Caldbeck, Business Relationship Manager email@example.com.
