Sustaining Our Entrepreneurial Mojo: The 5 Things that Every Entrepreneur Should Know
The session will provide a cutting edge approach to how entrepreneurs can sustain their inner-drive through the journey an entrepreneur must go through. The approach will help entrepreneurs understand how to harness their motivation in a way that evolves along with the needs of their company, and so they can remain effective leaders as their companies necessarily evolve. Through a practical and interactive workshop, participants will be able to discuss these principles and look at how they can apply them to their own entrepreneurial and leadership journeys. They will come out with initial practical ideas on how they can lead and innovate more effectively and more authentically.
